The Alpenrose National Festival is organized anually by Gura Raului hall. The event lasts two days and begins on Saturday with traditional dishes from Marginimea Sibiului area in the special place designed for the festival, nearby the dam. Sunday, after the church service, the visitors can enjoy the youth traditional dance and the riders parade in the center, in front of the church.
