Harvest Day at the Astra Museum

The Astra Museum organizes Sunday, October 9th, the Harvest Day event. It takes places in the Open Air Museum and it brings together 25 local farmers and producers from Sibiu and around. At the market you'll find various fresh fruit and vegetables, gems, syrups, fruit juice, tea, dairy products, cakes and pies, honey and many other delicious dishes. 

During the festival there will also be culinary workshops where you can taste various traditional dishes: beans with sausages, cabbage local "ciorba" and gems.
