Cheese and traditional brandy festival

At the Cheese and Brandy Festival visitors can taste traditional products that are specific to Mărginimea Sibiu (for example: cheese, sheep stew, mutton jelly, pastrami, etc.) and enjoy the program offered by the folk ensembles and folk music performers. Representative for this Festival is the cooking of "The Bulz of the Festival" which is a tradition in the area. The “Bulz”, prepared directly by the villagers, is made with a considerable amount of polenta, sheep's cheese and cream.
